Health Screener

Department: Float Pool

Location: Ascension St. John Jane Phillips. Bartlesville, Ok.

Schedule: PRN, Day shift. 630am-630pm, weekend / holiday rotation required.

As an Associate with Ascension St John Health Jane Phillips, you will have the opportunity to perform administrative and clerical duties in support of an assigned clinical area.

Responsibilities:

• Receives, screens and routes individuals entering the facility.
• Provides hand sanitizers and mask/face covering.
• Screens individuals’ temperature using various tools which may include temporal infrared thermometers or infrared cameras.
• Cleans and sanitizes workstation and supplies.
• Identifies and reports issues of safety and maintenance.
• May conduct additional health testing or screening as directed.

Licenses/Certifications/Registration:

• Required Credential(s):
  • None Required obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• Diploma
  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience:

• None required.
