Job Description
· Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for finding the very best talent for the corporate sales teams. · Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with commercial leaders and key cross-functional stakeholders internally. · Leave no stone unturned when it comes to sourcing. · Provide innovative, scalable solutions to meet our business objectives. · Expertly lead the recruiting process, delivering a first class candidate experience. · Work closely with hiring managers to take a long term approach to building out their organizations. · Proven track record in hiring for commercial roles. · A passion to change the world! · Experience managing pipelines and multiple levels of hire from early career professionals to senior managers. · Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing avenues, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer. · Culturally aware. · A natural ability to communicate, connect and build relationships. · Sharp eye for detail and precision.
