Job Description

The Opportunity

An experienced Business Development executive with 5+ years of digital health or healthcare experience that has a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and digital health technology. It needs to be someone who can be both highly analytical and strategic with strong verbal and written communications skills and the ability to take on leadership responsibility of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how new partnership or M & A opportunities fit into company strategy.
• Be able to quickly determine the likelihood that an initiative being analyzed will be successful.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend financial reports.
• Be able to communicate complex ideas and proposals to c-suite executives both verbally and in written form.
• Ability to autonomously lead initiatives assigned by supervisor
• Mentor Manager level Business Development staff.
• Supervise Manager level Business Development analysts in support of key initiatives.
• Understand when and what kinds of tasks to delegate to staff.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of digital health or healthcare experience
• 5+ years of experience managing teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstrated comfort and finesse communicating with senior leadership teams
• Energy and passion for teamwork and collaboration
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation and closing skills
