The HR Business Partner, R&D will be responsible for implementing HR practices and policies, partnering with the business, coaching managers, shaping our culture and engaging our employees to drive organizational results within assigned departments. In addition to supporting the day-to-day, this role helps to develop and implement a human capital strategy that prepares the workforce for high performance and best supports the objectives of the business.
