The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team at Stitch Fix is responsible for the company’s vision and strategy for driving equitable outcomes across functions. Since its founding, Stitch Fix has prioritized principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion and is now focused on explicitly bringing those principles into a cross-company strategy. Our team will lead that work. We prioritize centering the voices of the most marginalized groups, partner to design systems that are optimized for equity, and co-create content and programming to build DEI capacity across the company. We are equal parts advisors and doers, and we hold ourselves and our partners across the company accountable for driving systemic change.

About the Role

As a DEI Program Manager, you will work closely with the rest of the team and cross-functional partners to implement DEI strategies. You will have the opportunity to get to know teams across the company as you manage programs and initiatives that will turn our vision into practice. You will spend significant time getting to hear from and amplify the voices of your colleagues who are members of historically marginalized group(s). Your work will be critical in ensuring that all Stitch Fix employees play a part in and experience the company’s work to build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive company.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

• Centrally manage the infrastructure and support for our soon to be launched Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
• Implement aspects of team-generated DEI strategies including developing internal communications
• Partner with other People & Culture functions to develop programming and resources related to diversity, equity, and/or inclusion
• Be an integral part of building Stitch Fix’s DEI function

• Candidates with these skills often have 5+ years of relevant experience, but depth of skill and role related competence is more important to us than years of experience
