As a Content Writer, you will write content that focuses on our Self-Service business model. Your success will be measured by audience influence, consumption, and your ability to produce excellent content by working with various subject matter experts (SMEs) within DataRobot. An obsession for detail in grammar, spelling, and staying on message is critical for this position and will be weighed heavily in choosing the right candidate.

Success in this role requires a strong foundation in creating content for various digital channels and collateral types, with a proven ability to tell a self-service story for specific personas. Building relationships within the broader marketing, Self-Service, Product and GTM teams will be key. This position will require you to engage with a wide variety of partners to socialize and advance our self-service story.

Specifics

  • Trial execution and management including monitoring trial approval process and engaging with trial support issues
  • Review and understand trial analytics focusing on lead progression and understand ROI against quarterly goals
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on trials from beginning of funnel to opportunity conversion while working across departments
  • Actively participate in trial campaign development, consumption and execution
  • Work with marketing team on promotions, content creation and campaign management related to self-service
  • Support GTM team with relevant process updates for Sales Enablement
  • Work with product team on operational processes related to trial and self-service product
  • Provide actionable recommendations supported with analytics
  • Continually collect, process, and report on internal feedback as well as customer feedback

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years of working experience in B2B marketing
  • Experience managing campaigns, projects, demand generation, and/or events
  • Strong operational skills with the ability to drive initiatives across domains
  • Ability to dig into problems and have relentless drive for finding resolutions
  • Track record of delivering on areas of ownership
  • Highly motivated change agent that can push against the status quo and seed new ideas, new ways of thinking, and new ways of working
  • Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools, SFDC, Zendesk a plus
