Your Role and Responsibilities At an overall level, you are someone with proven experience as a Senior B2B sales professional having sold procurement (Source2Pay) outsourcing, consulting services and procurement/SCM technology applications.
- You may have worked in BPO and/ or other industries having served in Procurement, SCM areas.
- You will have a number of years experience in sales and/or pre-sales of professional procurement outsourcing services solutions often bundled with consulting, technology offerings.
- You will also have excellent client facing skills (in particular the ability to clearly articulate the value, competitive advantage and rationale of the proposed solutions in written, presentation and oral formats.
- You may also have consulting or shared services/ business process outsourcing experience at a senior level in the procurement arena with a focus on transformation, with demonstrable improvements in process redesign.
- You will have capability to develop Procurement BPO solutions within a competitive and cognitively evolving business environment.
- You will also have capability to challenge the existing solution standards and drive the evolution of our offerings to digitally enabled BPO services.
- You may also have extensive experience in B2B sales or at least in delivery of B2B outsourcing engagements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise - Pivotal to this role is being an accomplished Procurement BPO and transformation deals hunter, gatherer and closer in EMEA Market. You measure yourself on growing sales pipeline, getting new clients, retaining existing clients and signing $M TCV deals regularly throughout a financial year.
- You know the EMEA Procurement BPO and transformation market size & segments well, have CPO, CFO, CEO level connections and use classic as well as online sales channels to perform your role.
- You ensure to spend 1/3 to 1/2 of your time interacting with clients and rest working largely with diverse teams comprising of pre sales (practices, offerings etc.), sales and leaderships to create unique market positioning as well as showcasing value for customers.
- You are also hands on to write key parts of final proposals yourself and also present them convincingly to client as deal anchor/owner.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Having a professional degree or diploma is preferred, but not is mandatory
