Job description
We are seeking young, bright, and passionate candidates to join us as Team Lead – Expert Onboarding. In this role, the candidate is expected to lead a team of 4-5 people to manage onboarding workflow of content creators (Subject Matter Experts, aka Experts) by driving data backed digital marketing campaigns. An ideal candidate is a street smart, outgoing professional with experience in target driven roles like marketing, and should have exposure to managing customer onboarding and engagement campaigns.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 4-5 people that manages digital marketing campaigns intended to onboard content creators (freelance subject matter experts, aka experts) for Chegg's Q&A service
• Conceptualize and build digital campaigns via email marketing tools, SMS, OBD, social media channels etc., and report on performance metrics
• Campaign automation
• Derive actionable, meaningful insights from large data sets to conceptualize, design and execute (Expert) onboarding programs aimed at training and activating accounts of newly hired experts
• Play the role of a mentor cum coach for his/her team members. Be a people's leader!
• Be an active advocate for process/product enhancements – Identify, size, and articulate challenges; drive solution implementation

Must Have Skills:

• 5 years' experience in B2C marketing function, preferably with a digital service/ecommerce organization
• 3 years' hands-on experience in executing/managing marketing campaigns via different online/offline channels (email marketing, marketing via community platforms like WhatsApp/Telegram, SMS marketing, OBD marketing, Social Media marketing etc).
• Proven experience of leading medium sized teams (direct reports)
• Data analytics - Ability to analyze large datasets on SQL/Excel to identify action items
• Agility - Open to multitasking, taking up new challenges, everyday
• Tech savvy
• Experience with CRM tools like salesforce, Zoho etc will be an added advantage.

Good to have skills:

• Web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
• Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce etc

Other Requirements:

• MBA from a reputed institute
• Proven leadership experience
