The New Member Experiences team is part of US Consumer New Member Acquisition team and is responsible for enabling profitable and efficient acquisition by innovating and optimizing our lower funnel marketing assets such as the application experience and Instant Card Number to create positive brand perceptions at the onset.
The Analyst/Senior Analyst will have three distinct roles. The first supporting innovations and optimizations at the point of application. The team is embarking on an exciting and transformative project to create a more inclusive way to acquire prospects and monetize through personalized treatments at time of application. This role will focus on bringing customer experiences to life in partnership with large cross functional groups to ensure robust project management, communications, and cross-functional alignment. The analyst/sr.analyst will bring critical thinking to advance the project through its critical path, and work closely with Legal and Compliance, as well as other partners.
Secondly, this analyst will support Nova Credit Marketing across various digital channels, this individual will be responsible for all aspects of executing these campaigns.
Thirdly, this analyst is responsible for results reporting/dashboards and budget management of the team.
Requires strong knowledge of business practice and procedures in order to perform non-repetitive, highly analytical work. Position uses a wide application of principles, theories, concepts and draws on previous experience to determine a course of action. Participates in projects such as the development of marketing plans and forecasts, prepares pricing, competitive evaluations and short-term projects. May organize and schedule group tasks. Tasks may be a combination of tactical and strategic in nature. Multiple tasks/projects are assigned and reviewed generally only upon completion.
