We’re currently hiring a Director of Business Systems to help us leverage technology, data, and strategic embedding to accelerate transformative change at BetterCloud. In this role, you will directly manage a team of four and report into the Senior Director of Business Systems.

About You

• A process-oriented individual, with substantial project management skills, who has the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
• Stellar team management, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Experience driving system enhancement efforts to completion by capturing and assessing user requirements with business partners. Providing configuration, development, and application support to the teams enabling enhanced productivity, reporting capabilities, and collaboration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments
• Extremely strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
• Hands on experience with the Administration and customization of Salesforce Connected Enterprise SaaS solutions such as Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, NetSuite, Zuora, Datafox, ZoomInfo, Slack, and G Suite
• 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Mulesoft or any iPaaS solutions
• Familiarity with Okta or any iDaaS solutions
• Experience implementing Salesforce native DevOps solutions like Copado or equivalent
• Experience working with multiple Salesforce.com clouds (i.e. Sales, Service, Community, and Revenue)
• Familiarity with any program language with a preferred emphasis on Apex or Python
• Data visualization experience using BI tools like Tableau
• Excel proficiency to manipulate and analyze data

What You'll Do

• As Director of Business Systems, you will focus primarily on leveraging technology, data, and strategic embedding to accelerate transformative change at BetterCloud
• Execution: Apply creative thinking, problem solving, and technical skills to BetterCloud’s most challenging technology problems, driving successful outcomes across multiple parallel engagements
• Leadership & Advocacy: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing Business Systems admin team; Manage offshore 3rd-party resources; Advocate for the department and communicate wins to the rest of the organization
• Collaboration: Partner and collaborate with leaders from our GTM, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, and G&A organizations to define requirements, suggest solutions/alternatives, and agree on priority
• Direction: Provide direction for the department by staying current on Salesforce releases, actively engaging with the broader Salesforce ecosystem, and researching/evaluating emerging technology, industry and market trends
• Technical Governance: Provide architectural oversight and governance of BetterCloud’s Salesforce and Mulesoft platforms; Provide technical design and solution documents for complex projects that require extensive coding, custom integrations, and/or data migrations
• Data Driven: Promote data driven decision making in the broader organization; Leverage data and metrics to measure the success of the Business Systems org
