Job Description

Based in New York but fully distributed, Clubhouse builds project management software for software and product teams that people actually want to use. Thousands of the fastest-growing software companies use Clubhouse to plan and build software, including Dataiku, Scale AI, FullStory, and LaunchDarkly.

The Opportunity

As the Recruiting Lead for Clubhouse, you will fully own the recruiting lifecycle from the first touchpoint with prospective candidates to their first day at the company. You will have autonomy to set your recruiting and sourcing strategies, develop your candidate pitch and closing tactics, and make improvements and refinements to the interview process and candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a senior-level generalist with experience recruiting a broad spectrum of roles from software engineers to account executives. This role reports to the Director of People Operations with close partnership and collaboration with the senior leadership team.

Salary Range : $120,000-160,000

What you’ll do

  • Own the recruiting life cycle from sourcing > interview > offer > close
  • Work with hiring managers to accurately define the roles we are looking to fill and craft a strategy that will lead to the right hire in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage third party recruiting agencies and contractors as needed and help determine when it’s appropriate to leverage outside support
  • Source both active and passive candidates through referrals, LinkedIn, social networks, job boards, networking events, and in-depth market research
  • Communicate Clubhouse’s story in a compelling way to attract and close candidates
  • Provide a positive, high touch experience for all candidates who enter our interview process
  • Maintain and optimize our ATS (Greenhouse) - ensure job postings are accurate and well written, applicants are moved into accurate stages, and data and metrics are properly tracked
  • Play a key role in progressing the company’s diversity and equity efforts

What we look for

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in-house at a high growth tech company
  • Passionate about the hunt and does not rely on job postings to get the job done
  • Incredibly organized and skilled at designing processes that scale
  • A genuine curiosity to understand Clubhouse’s business, culture and values
  • A true people person that has a high comfort level interacting across all teams and levels
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
