Campaign Associate - EMEA

We are looking for a Campaigns Associate to join the International Campaigns Team. In this newly created role, within our Campaigns team, you will focus on aligning, scaling and executing Marketing success across specific countries and regions within EMEA. Working closely with Sales leads and individual channel owners within the Marketing team and, alongside the rest of the global Campaigns team (currently based across EMEA and the US) - success in this role will be down to an ability to move fast, focus on outcomes and manage multiple projects and stakeholders – with strong attention to detail and ROI. This role will report to the International Campaign Lead, with a dotted line to the Marketing Director.

Day In The Life

• Focus on driving campaign success across specific countries and regions within EMEA - with ad hoc support to the US Campaign Manager
• Help build a scalable campaign engine that drives sustainable growth through awareness, acquisition and engagement
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for campaign activity, from ideation to execution across all mediums and channels – both internally and externally
• Work closely and collaborate daily with the rest of the Marketing team, Sales, Solutions, Customer, Product, Engineering - to stay on-top-of the latest
• Degreed updates and developments
• Stay on-top of market trends, research and key brands in our space
• With the team, build a community of influencers, fans and followers across our target audiences
• Support Degreed’s expansion into new regions and markets (Middle-East, Asia)

Who You Are

• 3+ years working in Marketing
• 1+ years experience of using HubSpot (or equivalent Marketing Automation software)
• Additional platforms such as Salesforce, Domo, Google Analytics) as a bonus

What Will Set You Apart

• Start-up experience within a SaaS Tech company in the L&D or HR Space
• Experience working with a translation team
• Experience of working with third-party media partners
• Although this is primarily an English speaking role, business-fluency speaking another language specifically German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch or Swedish would be a bonus

Work Environment & Physical Demands Degreed is a remote-first company; however, our roles are open to in-office or flex work if you live in a city with a physical office location (when it is safe to return to the office). This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office, within any EMEA country that Degreed is authorised to do business. As a global business, we primarily collaborate through virtual meetings (Zoom), email, and Slack. You will be required to operate a laptop computer, computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery as necessary in this role. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.
