What You’ll Be Working On:
- Perform the full Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring invoices/expenses reports disbursements are accurate with the relevant approved document in accordance with the payable policies and procedures.
- Develop and streamline processes and procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
- Research and resolve supplier inquiries to include (but not limited to), invoice amount and/or quantity discrepancies, payment terms, and invoice status.
- Assist suppliers regarding payment status, statements and various inquiries received.
- Assist employees regarding expense report questions or compliance requirements.
- Ensure employee travel reimbursement transactions follow Company policies.
- Assist in completion of month end close tasks, including reconciliation of accounts payable sub-ledger to general ledger and journal entry processing.
- Provide management with ad hoc reports as requested.
- Support year-end internal and external audit.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Reify Health:
- 7+ years of accounts payable experience required.
- Required experience with QuickBooks and Expense modules.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Strong and effective communication, both written and verbal skills
- Self-starter with ability to learn and excel in fast-paced environment.
- Advance experience in Microsoft Excel (V-lookup and Sum-if formulas)
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or relevant years of experience
