As we continue to add customers we are continuously re-evaluating our infrastructure and making it more robust and scalable. We’ve been around since 2013 and are one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in NYC during that time frame. We are looking for a motivated engineer to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include implementing visual elements and their behaviours with user interactions. You will work with both front-end and back-end web developers to build all client-side logic. You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience working with vanilla JS and JS framework (jQuery, prototype) etc.
• Excellent knowledge of Vanilla Javascript
• Experience working with Jquery.
• Experience working with Node.js .
• Good knowledge of CSS, HTML.
• Good knowledge of JS testing frameworks
• Experience with Google Cloud is a plus.
• Comfortable with common data structure and algorithms.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
