The Sr. Director, Brand Partnerships is responsible for creating, implementing and owning a sales pipeline for an assigned region with a focus on large brands and driving new business.
As a Sr. Director, Brand Partnerships you will:
- Create and implement sales strategy & pipeline within your market with a focus on large brands, and driving new business
- Establish strong relationships with brands for thought leadership and enterprise deals
- Develop strategy for each account to grow revenue
- Determine client needs and ensure proper execution for private market buying and custom services
- Work with our local and global teams to build great support for the brands you work with
- Continuously grow pipeline and brand activation in order to exceed goals
- Be the leading expert and thought leader on in-housing and hybrid models
Our ideal candidate:
- This is an individual contributor role requiring strong brand direct connections and a consultative approach
- 7-12 years programmatic media sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships at the brand level
- Excellent presentation skills with great industry and programmatic knowledge
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work across multiple internal teams
- High level of integrity and honesty along with excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven track record on exceeding sales goals
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross department teamwork
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or four to ten years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
