We are seeking an Intern for our commercial team. You will be part of the team who attends existing clients. You will be learning and working with advertisers side of Criteo Business, supporting internal and external clients optimizing and analyzing campaigns, along with cultivating a strong productive relationship with clients and internal operations team.
What you will do :
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for Criteo products and features;
- Monitoring, optimizing & reporting campaign performances to advertisers and media agencies;
- Provide support on various types of clients;
- Helping the AS team identify growth opportunities within current existing business portfolio;
- Act as a bridge between the account strategy team and Ops;
- Manage financial reports;
- Work with the Account Strategy team to develop analysis and optimizations;
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Criteo product offering;
- Performing admin tasks such as creating IOs and tickets for Operations teams;
- Improving tools and internal processes: you will take part in creation of tools to automate and improve certain tasks (Ex: monitoring of performance, identifying opportunities and client education programs)
- Helping build Case-studies: You will collect information and build customized case-studies for clients alongside Marketing teams;
