Bloom Institute of Technology ( BloomTech ) fka Lambda School is on a mission to pioneer a new model of accessible higher education with no upfront costs and where the school invests in the students instead of the other way around. BloomTech is an intensive program and an immersive live, online curriculum that teaches people the hard and soft skills they need to launch a new tech career. What You'll Do:

• Create visual designs for Lambda School’s website, social channels, emails, and more; and help to conceptualize new engaging content and formats
• Design and produce ads for paid media channels and drive creative optimization
• Own various production designs, including swag, presentation templates, photoshoots, video shoots, illustrations, collateral material, and more, including providing art direction to vendors/agencies and executing new designs
• Be an advocate for the Lambda School brand, including developing new assets for our style guide and ensuring all marketing assets are on brand
• Collaborate with copywriters, email marketers, paid marketers, cross-functional stakeholders, and agencies to ensure high quality work and brand alignment
• Support product design, such as sign-up flows, landing pages, website experiences, form experiences, and visual design alignment

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of Marketing Design / Design / Agency experience
• A great design portfolio (Please share your portfolio in your application, resume, or LinkedIn)
• Excitement for marketing creatives, data, and growth
• Ability to understand business strategies and user research
• Effective time management skills to balance project schedules and fast-paced deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and inspire others

Big Plus If You...

• Have prior early stage start up experience
• Are experienced in Webflow, Optimizely, and/or other similar tools
• Have experience producing and scripting video shoots and testimonial interviews
• Are passionate about our mission, always a Learner yourself
