With a very green HQ in London and a hybrid workforce, we're on the hunt for a motivated Office Manager who'll lead on a range of tasks to ensure we've everything we need as continue in our mission to improve mobility in cities around the world.

As our Officer Manager, you'll...
- Work with employees across all departments to ensure that the office environment runs smoothly and is fit for purpose.
- Be the go-to person for problem-solving, equipment-ordering and socials-organising.
- Be a proud ambassador of the Citymapper brand as the first point of contact at our front desk, welcoming our external guests and potential future colleagues.
- Manage office assets ensuring we've the right tech and the right time.
- Manage and maintain relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Lead on office layout planning and IT infrastructure maintenance for team members based remotely and in the office.
- Lead on ensuring we never miss the chance to wish someone a happy birthday, and organising monthly treats for our hybrid workforce including exciting activities, merch and more, whilst coming up with new ideas as to how to reward our incredible team.
- Be a champion for our HR Information System (we use HiBob).
- Jointly manage (with HR and the team EA) the onboarding and off-boarding process of joiners and leavers ensuring every 'hello' and 'goodbye' is meaningful.
- 3+ years' experience in office / facilities management
- A roll-sleeves-up attitude, able to start projects autonomously, and chase others to get stuff done.
- A willingness to learn and hustle in a fast-paced environment.
