ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Director, Talent & Culture Projects, International, you will assist with change management, operational responsibilities, talent mapping and special projects across our business. You’ll have an opportunity to help with evaluating existing processes and SLAs and provide insight and recommendations. You’ll also have an opportunity to provide talent management and HR expertise by working across the HR, Talent and Culture group working on HR related projects and workforce needs. You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of HR, International.
