Visier is looking for a highly motivated Customer Reference Manager to join the Customer Marketing team. This person will support customer marketing initiatives that include tracking and maintaining customer references and various customer engagements. This role requires coordinating cross-departmental access to customer reference tracking in Salesforce, working with customer champions as advocates for Visier, and collaborating on the creation of new customer advocacy stories and programs. In this new role, you will serve as a key member of the customer marketing team, managing the utilization of customer advocates as Visier champions. You will be instrumental in maintaining excellent customer relationships, coordinating customer activities, and managing a world-class customer reference program.
What you'll be doing...
- Coordinating cross-departmental engagement with customers for a variety of activities, including events, public-facing customer stories, and access to customer references for new sales prospects.
- Tracking the use of customer references for sales engagements and solution testimonials
- Organizing better customer management and engagement processes
- Create compelling customer narratives that inspire market adoption and repurposing those for use across multiple channels
- Working with a variety of software tools that evangelize the value that Visier customers realize
- Conceptualize and create new ways of telling our great customer success storiesTrack, monitor, and manage customer engagement within Salesforce

- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Understanding of content tagging and classification

- You're experienced, you have worked closely with customers before, and you know what it takes to keep them happy and engaged.
- You have 5+ years of customer marketing or similar relevant customer engagement experience
- You are intelligent, clever, and articulate. You have demonstrated exceptional writing and content creation experience
- You are high energy and pride yourself on quality interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- A background in analytics or human capital management is a bonus
- You are a self-starter that thrives in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments
- You like to roll up your sleeves, but you also know when to take a step back
