Customer Support Representative (Dispute Resolution) –Agents will be responsible for complying with the consumer’s requests to deliver quality output, assure on time project completion and superior customer service.He/she will work in a collaborative team environment to achieve these results. Some of the objectives of this new role are to deliver Back Office duties and also inbound and outbound calls.
