Job Responsibilities:

• Comply with the EH&S Policy and applicable regulatory and company EH&S rules and requirements, support any of EH&S activities as required.
• Comply with UTC’s “Code of Ethics” and related policies, take all steps necessary to foster open communications and to support UTC’s compliance, business practices, DIALOG, and Ombudsman programs.
• Comply fully with all applicable governmental laws, regulations and company policies relating to the export and import of products, services, and technical data as they apply to the Job Functional Responsibilities.
• To perform work of areospace composite bonding and assembly
• Can work independently on basic composite material identification, composite material cutting, lay-up, vaccum bagging, debag and deflash and etc. based on Job order and ISWCS
• Be able to perform basic troubleshooting during job
• Ensure high quality of work output
• Comply with 5S requirement within job scope
• Comply with Company and governmental EHS requirement
• Be able to accomplish TPM within job scope independently
• Participate various CI or Kaizen Events
• Other assignment by Supervisor

• 遵守UTC“道德守则”及相关政策。采取一切必要措施以促进开放沟通,支持UTC的合规、商业行为和对话\监察员计划。
• 从事具体职能工作时,全面遵守所有适用的,针对产品、服务及技术数据进出口的政府法律法规及公司相关政策程序。
• 负责航空复合材料和装配材料的生产任务
• 能够按照生产计划和标准操作作业指导书独立完成物料识别、切料、铺贴、打包、去袋、打磨等工作
• 在实际工作中能够完成基本的排故工作
• 确保高质量高产出
• 确保本工区达到5S的要求
• 遵守公司和地方政府的EHS要求
• 独立完成本工位的TPM工作
• 积极参加公司的各项持续改善活动
• 上级布置的其他任务

Employment Requirements:

• Gradute from a Technical Training School preferably from Aerospace (composite)
• Good work attitude and a team player
• Good communication skills
• Min 2 years relative working experiences
• Willingness to learn
