In partnership with the Diversity, Inclusion and Talent team and reporting to the Senior Director, Diversity, Inclusion and Talent this position is responsible for the development and deployment of a portfolio of talent management programs and practices.

We need a Talent Management Senior Advisor to help us manage and develop the innovative practices that will make us an employer of choice. Our programs and practices cover the following areas:

- Health and Well-Being
- Diversity and Inclusion Strategy

- Change management and communications
In your role, you will:
- Contribute, in close collaboration with colleagues across the organization, to the development of robust and integrated talent management programs and practices
- Design and implement key initiatives critical to the HR strategic plan, as well as work with internal partners to identify needs and design appropriate programs and solutions.
- Rigorously conduct business intelligence on organizational development to propose actions that will enable the company to be a leader in its practices.
- Submit innovative solutions for the various programs in the project portfolio that aim to support the organizational culture, measure their performance in order to maximize their impact and ensure their continuous evolution.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have at least 8-10 years of experience in talent management or organizational development.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, Communications or other related field.
- You are a high performer with the ability to build productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- You have strong project and change management skills
- You have excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills.
- You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in an organized and structured manner with minimal supervision.
- You have experience in facilitating workshops or training
- You are fluently bilingual (English and French)
