This position will be based on-site at our Business Aircraft Service Center in Dallas, Texas and report to the Manager of Human Resources – US.
In your role, you will:
- Adhere to General Work Requirements
- Research and respond to questions from employees, managers and directors regarding Human Resource programs, policies and procedures; establishes and maintains effective working relationships within department and all employees
- Manage the process of recruiting and selecting qualified job candidates in a timely and cost-efficient manner for all non-exempt personnel; ensures all recruiting practices are in compliance with applicable laws and company policy; develops and implements recruitment strategies with hiring managers to include interview teams, job postings, external advertising, and act as liaison with sourcing agencies
- Administer employee benefits programs for bargaining, non-exempt and exempt personnel
- Cconduct exit interviews for departing personnel for evaluative purposes
- Answer employee questions regarding interpretation and procedures for the company Share Purchase Plan; ensure all required forms and legal documents are supplied, and resolve any problems or questions related to the Plan
- Coach, consult and collaborate with clients to help them meet their business and human capital objectives
- Provide coaching, counsel and advice on HR/people related issues for staff and line management, up to Director level
- Make recommendations up to director level for compensation related items including salary offers, merit increases to ensure alignment with market, internal salary structure and equity practices
- Participate fully as part of business unit leadership team
- Coordinate all immigration requirements with IMM and employee
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You must have 8+ years of professional and progressive experience with bachelor’s degree in related field or 10+ years professional and progressive experience in related field
- You have computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, training, email, and web-based applications
- You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, management, and contractors
- You have recruiting, hiring, and interviewing experience
- You have thorough knowledge of HR processes, Recruitment, compensation, Benefits and Performance Management
- You have planning and organizational skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting
- You have basic knowledge of Employment Law (preferred)
