Job Description

We're looking for a hiring manager to join our team. This person will ensure staffing needs are met by recruiting, hiring, onboarding and coordinating new employee training to maximize retention.
See more about our teams here Work performed 1. Uses available resources to recruit personnel including ads, agencies and colleges 2. Works with supervisors to understand and address staffing needs 3. Reviews applicants, identifies candidates and oversees interviewing process 4. Onboards new personnel 5. Assists with the evaluation of personnel during their training period 6. Listens to and documents employee feedback and concerns.
Requirements 1. 2+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity 2. Strong written and verbal communication
Compensation & benefits 1. $60K+ depending on experience 2. $5,000 signing bonus 3. 4 weeks vacation 4. Health and dental insurance
