Handshake is hiring a Student Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager reporting to the Head of Student Lifecycle Marketing, on the Student Marketing team. In this role you will take ownership of the systems, tools and processes that are central to the effective running of the department to drive the business forward. Working with the Lifecycle marketers and various engineering teams, you will build the team’s ability to deliver meaningful communications to our student audience which drive our business goals. You are a strong mix of technical, analytical and creative.
As the first marketing operations hire on the team you will drive how we format, use and capitalize our treasure trove of data. In this role, you will grow not only the current email centric capabilities of the team but drive implementation of push and SMS to help us become a best in class organization in proactive and relevant communications to our students.
