Handshake is hiring a Head of Content Marketing reporting to Sr Director of Corporate Marketing on the Employer (B2B) Marketing Team. In this role you will lead our employer content marketing and editorial team to produce compelling, relevant content that supports thought leadership, integrated campaigns, blog and website traffic, and drive acquisition as well as customer retention.
You are a creative marketing and content professional with a strong writing background, excellent storytelling skills, and extensive experience developing content throughout a full marketing funnel that appeals to your target audience. You will have a keen sense of the messages, stories, engagement models, and tactics that make sense with different audiences, roles, and seniority. You understand what can keep our users (recruiters) coming back to Handshake for information, but also what can attract the attention of a C-level executive. You aren’t afraid to experiment with different media, whether it’s social, video, articles, events, stories, podcasts, or other new channels and platforms.
As the leader in early talent recruitment, Handshake is transforming how employers connect with students and Gen Z talent, and ultimately creating a more equitable way for them to move from college to career. You will be a leader across the company in getting these impactful stories out to market.
