iOS Engineer

Locations: Los Angeles/Denver/San Francisco/Remote

OpenTable is the largest diner and restaurant network in the world. Our mission is to help people experience the world through dining. We are seeking a Software Engineer to join and help grow OpenTable’s Restaurant Operations team..

We are looking for an iOS engineer who is passionate about software development and solving problems in a collaborative, inclusive environment. Ideal candidates will have good coding and communication skills, and experience working closely with product managers and designers to deliver features to customers.

The Restaurant Operations team is responsible for serving the needs of OpenTable's restaurant customers by providing cutting edge software tools that enable restaurant staff, general managers, and owners to effectively and efficiently manage their business. We work closely with a talented team of product and design partners and believe in an iterative approach to feature development, small slicing, and incremental delivery. We are always working to improve our processes and platform to best suit the ever-changing needs of our customers and the restaurant industry as a whole.

• You love programming in Swift and can tolerate some Objective-C.

Requirements:

• 1 year experience delivering quality iOS applications
• Familiarity with functional reactive programming concepts and MVVM patterns a plus
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes a plus
• Familiarity with Core Data and multithreaded application architecture a plus
