The Position:

KAYAK/OpenTable is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to be based in our London office on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. You will be responsible for recruiting new talent for Commercial Partnerships, AdTech, Sales and Services, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Accounting in EMEA and the US.

You are a driven self-starter who is deeply passionate about candidate experience and diversity and is aspires to be a key resource for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment responsibilities (source, screen, evaluate and recommend candidates on an ongoing basis).
• Attract the best talent and engage passive candidates through networking, online databases, active sourcing, social media, employee referrals, and other creative programs while accurately tracking progress through our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Represent as a brand ambassador by building and maintaining employment brands.
• Constantly build positive relationships with employees across the business and functions.
• Pipeline talent for future roles.
• Craft and maintain tracking metrics for recruiting.

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment including prioritising and leading multiple searches (experience with digital roles is desired).
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrable track record as a trusted adviser to hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously with prioritisation.
• Communicate, interact, and negotiate with a variety of internal clients and external candidates.
• Adaptability and flexibility in the workplace.
• Creative and innovative, passionate about building positive relationships.
