Your Role & Mission As an early and strategic member of the Operations team, you will be responsible for growing the partnerships channel into a meaningful contributor to Apollo's ARR. You will develop and run a predictable partner growth engine that will contribute to the growth and success of Apollo. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills, is strategic, detail-oriented, and motivated. This role reports to the Vice President of Revenue.

Daily Adventures and Responsibilities: - Run a predictable partner growth engine - Own channel partners, affiliates, and alliances. Use data to optimize and expand these channels - Onboarding new partners where there are meaningful growth opportunities - Working with internal stakeholders on the revenue operations, data, and analytics team, build a robust reporting and tracking model to quantify and attribute success and enable the correct partner payouts (where applicable) - Cultivate executive relationships with alliance partners, optimize partner performance through business reviews and identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue - Evolve the partner programs and team structures to achieve exponential growth in the next 18 months to drive Apollo’s growth
Skills & Relevant Experience: - 8+ years negotiating and implementing affiliates/strategic channel partner programs - 8+ in SaaS / Sales Enablement / Data companies. Ideally with PLG motions - Demonstrable track record of success in channels strategic planning, owning and delivering on sales targets. - Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, sales awareness, and alliance team management experience across software and financial services - Experience managing a $10M+ partner organization - Demonstrated ability to use technical and industry knowledge, processes, and solution selling strategies to meet revenue growth objectives - Experience in a high-growth SaaS company - Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members - A track record of developing and growing strategic partnerships at the executive level as well as high volume partnerships
