About the Role
Kustomer’s Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for the automation, monitoring, measurement, and analysis of our inbound and outbound growth marketing initiatives. You will work to create automated enterprise and SMB marketing campaigns and workflows to attract, qualify, engage and convert customers. You will monitor and improve our growth marketing stack to keep our data centralized and clean, our campaigns operating optimally, reporting accurate and leads processed using tools such as Marketo, Bizible, Lane Four, Zapier, and other top marketing and sales tools.
