Overview: The Wing is looking for a Graphic Designer with out-of-the-box creative ideas to drive and define The Wing’s brand as we scale for the future. • You have an appreciation for clean, functional, and effective design?

What you’ll do:

• Design Innovative Concepts: Create original designs for various digital and physical brand touchpoints—emails, social, web, in-space signage, and much, much more.
• Champion The Wing’s Brand: Develop innovative design concepts that stay true to The Wing’s design standards. Conceptualize supportive marketing collateral for new space openings and 360 campaigns.
• Evolve the Brand Style Guide: Partner with The Wing’s Creative Director to evolve our design system across digital and physical channels.
• Streamlined Design Processes: Create beautiful designs within ambitious timelines. Implement review processes to ensure deliverables are aligned with the brand standards and company objectives.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Partners: Collaborate with multiple cross-functional team members and external agencies on design projects big and small.
• Think Outside of the Box: Keep your finger on the pulse of what is happening in culture and make proactive recommendations about how The Wing can innovate.

Who you are:

• A superb designer with 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably for a consumer brand
• A strong collaborator and communicator who’s comfortable working with people of all skill sets and specialties
• Able to balance different types of projects on different timelines, with independent time-management skills
• Proficient in web design programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma

Nice to have but not required:

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Familiarity with a project management system to help with deadlines and task prioritization
• BA or BFA in graphic design, advertising, or related field
