What you’ll be doing...

You will be responsible for E2E delivery of Provisioning application changes by providing critical development and test functions including E2E ownership of business programs through DevSecOps & Technology Transformation, SAFe, SRE and SOE.

• Collaborate with Business and onshore stakeholders at multiple levels to define and deliver solutions with quality. Bring design thinking by developing customer-centric products and solutions.
• Lead and work closely with onshore, offshore, and vendor teams to manage multiple critical projects to deliver work on-time to quality standards.
• Collaborate with performance engineering, SRE, SOE, QE, FLS, architecture, and supporting teams to maintain application stability and availability.
• Present critical information and progress updates to management at a regular cadence.
• Lead with empathy and by example.
• Develop diversified and high-performing team.
• Adhere to industry standards and best practices, and understand emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the systems, application, infrastructure, and processes.

Where you’ll be working:

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant work experience.
• Ten or more years of leading and managing a diversified team.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a MCA degree.
• Ten or more years of experience in IT, leading and managing a diversified team.
• Skill in project management.
• Technical and network domain experience.
• The ability to handle agility with ease and to adapt to and lead changing priorities.
• The ability to make effective decisions in difficult situations.
• Experience evaluating the costs required to operate based on funding and to allow for an optimized team structure.
• Experience in building scalable, Microservices architecture, digital technologies and platforms, and large-scale migration from legacy to directional platforms.
• Work experience in Java and cloud-native.
• A strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues and develop solutions.
• Experience leading and executing innovative solutions in a team-based environment.
• Exposure to and participation in industry forums.
• The ability to obtain, organize, and analyze fact-based decisions and drive root cause analysis.
• The ability to articulate and communicate with employees at all levels.
