As a Manager of Cloud and Technology Operations, you will lead the Sysadmin and DevOp team that designs, builds, and supports our critical multi-cloud and on-premise infrastructure. You will help define and execute our roadmap, manage incident response, maintain our hybrid environment, and innovate.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to our Sysadmin and DevOps team
• Design and manage our multi-cloud and on-site infrastructure
• Assist in defining and executing our roadmap
• Manage incident response and on-call rotations
• Evaluate new technologies and innovations
• Report on metrics, KPIs, performance, and financial metrics
• Work closely with management at all levels
• Collaborate with teams across the organization

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience
• 3+ years of DevOps / SRE experience
• Experience with on-premise and GCP infrastructure (bonus with AWS)
• Experience with K8s and Docker
• Experience with Terraform and/or Crossplane
• Experience with CI/CD and Automation frameworks
• Experience in a B2C mobile application environment
• Experience with highly-available and diverse networking and server installations across multiple data center, cloud, and edge compute environments
• Fluent in scripting languages
• Knowledgeable of open source technologies and Linux systems administration
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent people skills
• Enjoy working with a team to make things happen and get things built
• Most importantly, to be driven and a healthy dose of common sense
