Job Description
Ibotta is seeking a Consumer Research Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. You will be working closely with external CPG clients and their consumer insights teams to help answer business objectives and provide strategic recommendations.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado or with the option of full-time remote. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:

- Partner with the business development team to scope out projects that will most effectively and efficiently answer client questions and meet their objectives
- Own the survey process from start to finish including, but not limited to: questionnaire development, survey coding & fielding, analysis & report writing, and presenting results to external clients
- Collaborate with clients to design question sets that best meet their objectives
- Deliver high-quality reports that offer recommendations utilizing the data from the conducted research
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years experience in consumer insights, market research or related analytical field
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Technical skills: G suite, PowerPoint, Basics of Research Methodology, Survey Platforms (e.g. Alchemer, Decipher/Forsta, Qualtrics)
- Capable of interpreting and visualizing data to create a story using survey and/or POS data
- Experience providing customized solutions and excellently communicate findings to senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence thinking and perspective cross-functionally
- Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO, or with the option of full-time remote and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, 401k match, profit sharing and equity.
- Base compensation range: $53,000-$63,000. This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings. Talk to your recruiter to learn more. This compensation range is specific to the state of Colorado's local labor market and may vary for employees living in other areas.
