We’re looking for an amazing organizer to support our Customer Experience, Chief of Staff at Bolt. An experienced Executive Assistant that thrives in a fast paced environment. Ensuring that every i is dotted, t is crossed and the experience is first class.
What you will be doing:
Management of multiple calendars, auditing and gatekeeping to ensure efficient use of time
Email coordination and scheduling for internal and external meetings
Busy travel booking and coordination
Monthly expense reports
Team event planning
Research and project support

You’re tech-savvy and have experience with Google products, and are comfortable with a wide range of technology (including Slack and other messaging products, task management systems like Asana, Affinity and more)
You are a tetris master and love puzzles
You have previous experience in the Tech industry
You have 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
