We’re looking for a passionate office expert to take our workplace strategy and experience to the next level. Somebody that can drive innovation around how and where we work during this pivotal time in workplace evolution. As a remote first company you’ll be responsible for physical office spaces, co-working contracts and strategy around hybrid work in partnership with the Employee Experience team.
What you will be doing:
- Assess needs for physical space and drive towards a shared vision for the long term office/hybrid experience
- Manage co-working space vendor selection, contracts and employee access
- Own the office procurement process from start to finish including scouting, lease negotiation, office build out / design, security, workplace services and move in
- Manage the workplace services team and oversee day to day management of all facilities
- Develop a regional office hub strategy including relationships with temporary workspace locations
- Collaborate on cross-functional strategy for remote first work as it relates to space planning, IT, communications and more
- Manage strategy and policy implementation around office security and access controls
- Partner with Finance on budget planning, vendor procurement and invoice approvals
- Partner with our brand and employee comms teams on office design and communications
- Support planning for office events, onsites, and brainstorming days
What would set you up for success:
- Minimum 10 years experience in Real Estate / Workplace Services
- Previous experience supporting offices across multiple countries
- Led or participated in Return-to-work/Hybrid work model decisions and strategy
- Focus on an employee first approach to how you develop office space
- Understand the delicate balance between security and ease of use
