As a Technical Recruiter , you will partner directly with Engineering across all game teams to execute on hiring strategies.. This is a high impact role where you’ll own full-cycle recruiting, create sourcing strategies, and partner on strategic initiatives. Our ideal teammate is someone who: cares deeply about our team, candidates, and hiring partners, acts inclusively by recognizing their own biases and being open-minded, and takes ownership in being proactive and accountable.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the full cycle engineering recruitment process - source candidates for a variety of engineering roles
• Provide data-driven recommendations around interviewing and hiring decisions for our internal partners
• Identify gaps and continually improve our hiring processes
• Collaborate and share learnings and questions with our recruiting team throughout interviewing and hiring

What You Bring to the Recruiting Team:

• 3+ years as an in-house tech recruiter
• Proven track record of being able to recruit and hire software engineers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to shift focus and priorities easily, iterating quickly to do the best thing for our candidates and our team
• Bachelor’s degree required

Note : This role is open to remote employment for those who reside in California, Massachusetts, New York, Texas and Washington state.
