Position Summary A digital marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote Enlitic products solutions and services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, as well as, driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Getting the word out in the digital space about our brand and product is key. The digital marketing manager identifies and evaluates new digital technologies using Web analytics tools to measure site traffic. Through this they can better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising. This person is responsible for driving relevant consumers, with the goal of improving brand recognition, trust and ultimately drive purchase intent. Location -Fort Collins, Northern Colorado Area (with relocation assistance) Education -Bachelor’s Degree -5+ years working experience in Marketing Experience -Experience in marketing, with preference for those with experience in digital marketing and content marketing -Familiarity with utilizing CRM -Entrepreneurial mindset, and flexibility -Proven independent working style -Strong problem solving and creative skills -The ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on timely analysis -Willingness to jump in and do what’s necessary to ensure the company is successful every day Position Responsibilities -Develop and manage content marketing to existing and potential customers -Identify or generate content that is on brand and engaging for our existing customers and the broader healthcare population -Manage our social networks improving our reach and visibility within our community and in the broader community of healthcare -Create email campaigns for different customer situations -Develop tracking tools and measure effectiveness of different campaigns -Support Product Managers in the development and management of digital and printed collateral -Create collateral for Product Managers for in-market marketing campaigns -Utilize performance reports to measure impact of marketing efforts -Utilize the performance reports to identify opportunities for changes to customer engagement campaigns -Ability to work well in matrix organization. -Superb written and verbal communication skills. - varies writing style to meet needs - presents numerical data effectively ISO/BMS Responsibilities -Understand and practice all relevant requirements of ISO 13485, Quality Manual and associated SOPs, Work Instructions, etc. -Comply with applicable regulatory requirements (including but not limited to MDSAP participating countries and CE Marking). -Participate in Internal and External audits.
