About the team

Stripe’s Revenue Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives.

What you’ll do

You will drive our annual planning work for the GTM organization and ensure we are running a rigorous process to resource effectively to meet the specific needs of each of our customer segments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the annual planning process (targets, HC, and budget) working across Finance, Sales Leadership, and Sales Ops team members.
• Help drive the process to align the org on key objectives and success metrics for the GTM organization.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning and metric-setting process for GTM teams, as well as progress checks throughout the year. Understand deviations from actuals to drive strategy and operational rigor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to connect data driven insights with operational processes to drive efficiencies.
• Work with sales leaders to help conduct reviews on resource planning and allocations.
• Develop and execute programs designed to optimize sales team efficiency and productivity in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities for scalable solutions to provide leverage to the Sales Leadership and Sales Ops team.

Minimum requirements

• 4-10 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to quickly move from detailed work to executive-level discussions
• Comfort managing cross-functional stakeholders, and operating through influence with objective of driving core processes to completion with quality
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• A proven record of owning and leading by proactively managing end-to-end execution of programs at scale that have delivered quantifiable business impact

• Prior experience in a growth stage internet/software company
