About the team

Stripe’s Revenue Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. The Sales Support Deal team sits within Revenue Operations and serves as a trusted advisor to Sales, focused on crafting and structuring deals. The team works with internal stakeholders to create scalable and efficient policies and processes in support of deal making & sales activities.

What you’ll do Responsibilities

  • Implement Stripe’s Sales Support Desk global strategy, in alignment with Stripe’s Sales business strategy
  • Deliver a fluctuating volume of tasks within a defined time frame, to a consistent quality
  • Provide support & guidance to Sales on best practice deal management & contract structuring
  • Identify and document deal making policies in support of the contracting process
  • Collaborate with and provide advice & deal insights to cross functional teams (systems, legal, pricing etc.) in order to build scalable, efficient processes; drive improvements in policies, processes and system, and to help increase sales productivity

Minimum requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a deal support role ideally in a tech environment
  • A proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Success partnering with key stakeholders across sales, product and engineering to surface and improve internal processes
  • Sound business judgement, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree
