What you’ll do Responsibilities

• Play a key role in supporting our consolidated strategic and financial planning processes, and evolving the underlying integrated financial forecast models, systems, and tools
• Support Stripe leadership in evaluating strategic initiatives and key decision processes
• Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
• Prepare presentations and key reporting to the Board of Directors and Executive Team
• Develop and evolve scalable processes to effectively manage financial performance, and to improve forecast accuracy
• Support capital raise activities and investor and lender engagement
• Actively contribute to the design and implementation of planning tools

Who you are

Minimum requirements

• 10+ years of global experience in strategy consulting, strategic finance, sales finance or marketing finance
• Demonstrated success in leading complex projects with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple functional areas
• Finance minded with strong operational focus to drive process, systems, and execution in a scalable and repeatable way
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and executives; you are seen as a trusted and objective advisor
• Strong analytical capabilities and business acumen with the ability to simplify and distill complex business information in a consumable way
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and identifying actionable insights
• Comfortable working with all levels of the organization; diving into the details and managing Exec level communications
• Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills (including verbal and written communication skills)
