Senior Product Manager, Revenue Squad

Smule today has 20 million monthly active users and is still growing at a fast pace. We’re looking for a seasoned product manager to lead our revenue squad. You will be responsible for identifying and testing opportunities to grow and share revenue with our global user base.

Role / Responsibilities

• Identify and test opportunities to grow revenue by enhancing content creation
• Spearhead revenue sharing initiatives with finance and legal teams
• Develop product requirements working with stakeholders and partners across the global business
• Drive end-to-end development of features from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with leadership on long term strategy and how it translates into tactical product initiatives
• Define, manage, and report on key performance indicators that measure product capabilities against business goals
• Collect and analyze customer feedback. Determine actionable insights from customer feedback.
• Plan, execute and analyze multivariate tests

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years of product management experience building consumer facing products
• Strong quantitative orientation a must; uses data and metrics to make sound product decisions but also understands how to collect and leverage qualitative feedback
• Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technical people
• Relentlessly positive attitude, ability to inspire and motivate even during difficult times

Preferred

• Experience managing virtual economies
• Mathematics, or CS Degree
• Entrepreneurial experience (founder/co-founder)
• Start-up experience
