What you’ll do
Our Customer Success (CS) Team is responsible for ensuring our customers receive an outstanding customer experience and meet their business goals. You will partner with the Customer Success team with a shared goal of providing our customers with an exceptional experience with their programs using Uptakes product suite. We are committed to working with customers throughout the customer’s lifecycle and ensuring each one receives the maximum value from our solutions. We work with our customers to build relationships, learn about their businesses, and drive value based on our customers defined goals and objectives.
The CS, Business Analyst (BA) primary role is to support the Customer Success Team and our customers in relation to all data and analysis requests. As the CS, Business Analyst you will own and take responsibility for all recurring and ad hoc data analysis/visualization and reporting needs. In addition, you will work with a cross functional team to identify and automate and/or productize various insights that drive our Customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in pulling, analyzing, visualizing and automating reports and insights with excellent attention to detail, project management capabilities, and great communication skills.
