The Special Projects (Business Operations) team supports marketing functions across the organization.

As a content team lead, you will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content across Zocdoc landing pages with a strong focus on SEO and brand consistency.

Your Day to Day Is...

• Understanding and developing a content production strategy aligned to short-term and long-term targets
• Creating and maintaining a streamlined content publishing calendar that keeps the whole team on track
• Editing, proofreading and improving writers’ posts
• Developing the team through coaching, feedback, exposure and stretch assignments
• Analyzing website traffic and users engagement metrics
• Reviewing analytics and search performance reports to assess the success of content marketing initiatives
• Implementing SEO best practices to ensure all content ranks well and demonstrates an understanding of its target audience
• Leading meetings with project stakeholders and actively making hiring decisions to build the team
• Constantly investing in your team culture, with a big focus on driving inclusivity and a sense of belonging
• Making data oriented decisions to drive people/projects towards a common organizational goal

You’d be Successful in This Role if You Have...

• A Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution (preferably in Marketing, Journalism, or English)
• 4+ years of content experience with at least 1 year as a Team Lead
• Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• A grasp on SEO best practices
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• Strong analytical reasoning skills, attention to detail, sharp focus, and the ability to think deeply
• Organizational savvy skills and demonstrated ability at planning and executing content projects
