Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to join our Concierge Optimization Team!

About the role:

In your new role you will support process design of our insurance operations and identify areas for improvement. You will help develop process improvements and facilitate support where needed.

You will report to the Senior Operations Manager. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Responsibilities:

• You will improve and build workflows and tools that increase efficacy and efficiency of existing operational processes or unlock new capabilities
• Surface data, process, and technology issues through proactive identification, measurement, and monitoring of our operations
• You will monitor and use data to independently guide and track business decisions
• Create workflow documentation, SOPs and policies
• Use internal tools and technical processes to create database queries and dashboards
• Support the Operations teams to resolve escalations through issue investigation, training, and technical tooling.
• Understand relevant policies and workflows
• Manage relationships with relevant team members as a representative of Insurance Operations

Requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience in health insurance, utilization management or operations
• Proficiency in SQL or similar database language experience
• Experience supporting process / workflow building, operational improvement, or project management

Bonus points:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Prior work experience in tech, healthcare, audit, or management consulting
