Template Specialist

Job Description

Performs duties pertaining to scheduling templates, managing day to day opening and closing of templates, visit type and block adjustments. Responsible for determining impact to decision trees and maintaining organization standards.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Responsibilities:
Configures and maintains provider and resource templates. Reviews requests to determine impact to standard workflows, Decision trees, organizational standards, or system configuration.
Facilitates and triages priority of requests, completes configuration, conducts user testing and closes loop with practice.
Works with clinic leadership to provide recommendations on template and improve utilization.
Audits templates within practice and educates/intervenes where there is impact to access metrics, standard workflows, decision trees, organizational standards, or system configuration.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

  Minimum Experience: 3 years of related experience.

The pay range for this position is: $22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
