Analytics Architect

This is a full-time, exempt/salaried position on UCHealth’s Business Intelligence team. This may be a 100% work-from-home opportunity. Qualified out-of-state applicants may be considered. Architects structures and processes for advanced analytics. Collects, analyzes, abstracts, and reports on the most advanced data using information technologies to support clinical/operational processes and departmental/organizational initiatives.

Job Duties

• Designs expert level data queries based on customer inquiries/needs.

• Extracts, validates, and analyzes desired data.

• Defines the scope and format of expert level reports and prepares same.

• Architects the design, implementation and evaluation of expert level data analysis processes, including determining the metrics and methodologies to be used. Presents expert level analysis in requested formats to internal/external audiences as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• 8 years of relevant experience including:

o Knowledge of design principles and testing techniques

o Microsoft SQL Server expertise

o Microsoft Power Platform expertise

o Microsoft Business Intelligence stack expertise

o Relational database management systems expertise

o Data warehouse expertise

o Data modeling and design expertise

o Data visualization expertise

o Experience crafting and implementing organizational data strategy supportive of business practices

o Ability to creatively solve challenging data and technical problems

o Ability to build coalitions within diverse stakeholder populations

Preferred

• Project management experience

• Cloud computing experience

• IT Leadership experience or other Leadership experience

• Experience with or conceptual understanding of predictive modeling, NLP, Python, machine learning

The pay range for this position is: $51.96 - $77.93 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
