The Benefits PS Consultant is the subject matter expert that, along with the other members of the client Implementation team, is responsible for the delivery of on time and accurate new client implementations as well as other Benefit projects such as Open Enrollment.
As the Benefits PS Consultant, you will understand a client’s requirements, architect the appropriate solution and configure the Namely platform to accurately deliver an optimal result. You will examine client data and thoroughly test the site prior to release to ensure a smooth client and employee experience. From the start, you will have a consultative approach to enable our clients to utilize our solutions to their fullest potential.

This position has a salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum with an incentive plan based on the achievement of individual and/or organizational performance metrics. Namely offers employees medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, equity, flexible spending accounts, $50,000 basic life and AD&D, free telehealthcare, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave, employee stock purchase plan, paid family leave, and many other available benefits .
