The Opportunity: The Consolidation Plus Unit Manager is responsible for providing guidance and direction to a team of Loan Consultants. The Unit Manager is also responsible for numerous special projects, reporting functions, and mentoring new hires joining the sales team.
Work remotely from home (in/near Tempe, AZ). Once we return to the office, this role will have a hybrid schedule based in Tempe, AZ.
How You’ll Contribute:
The Unit Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of customer prospecting from qualification to closing are successfully executed by their team of Loan Consultants. The Unit Manager provides team support through coaching, development, and guidance to loan consultants and assists in the following areas:
Shift: Monday-Friday (with an occasional Saturday)
Hours: Anytime between the hours of 6am-7pm (with an occasional 2-4 hours on Saturday
Location: Temporarily remote until we return to the office on a hybrid schedule based in Tempe, Arizona
